10 Fitch, a bed and breakfast in the Finger Lakes, is located in the historic district of Auburn, New York in the Rochester, Ithaca, and Syracuse area.

The inn is just minutes from area attractions, such as Owasco Lake, Cayuga Lake, and the beautiful lake village of Skaneateles. It's also close to the Cayuga Wine Trail wineries, Mackenzie-Childs Shop and Farm House in nearby Aurora, many parks, waterfalls & gorges, great shopping, more than 25 golf courses, wonderful museums and historic sites such as Willard Memorial Chapel, William H. Seward House, and the home of Harriet Tubman.  10 Fitch is convenient for weekend getaways, just a 4-˝ hour drive from Toronto, Philadelphia, and New York City.

From the New York State Thruway (90): Take Exit 40 (Auburn, Weedsport). Take a right onto 34 South and drive 9.8 miles. Turn Right onto Fitch Ave.
10 Fitch Ave will be on your left.

From the Interstate 81: Take Exit 15 (Route 20). Head West on Route 20. Take a left onto 34 South/South Street. Turn Right onto Fitch Ave. 10 Fitch Ave will be on your left.

Please park on the pavement in the driveway as close to the grass/flowerbeds as you can in the designated spot assigned to your suite as shown by the parking map below.  This will allow enough room for all vehicles to still use the circular drive when leaving and returning to 10 Fitch.  If you find the space inadequate or parking in it difficult, then you may park on the street in front of the inn, but please be aware that there is alternate side of the street parking from November-April.  On even days of the week, after 6PM, vehicles must be parked on the side of the street closest to the inn.
