July 5th – July 26th – Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival Presents : Parade, Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, 6877 East Lake Road, Auburn, NY. It’s 1913 in Marietta, Georgia. Based on the fascinating true story and courtroom drama surrounding Leo Frank and his loving wife, Lucille, Parade is a powerful musical that captures a storied moment in American history. July 6th – August 31st – Summer Concert Series, Various Locations in Auburn, NY. Tuesday evenings’ location is Hoopes Park with live music from 6:30 – 8:30 pm followed by family-friendly movies. Thursday evenings’ location is Market Street Park with live music from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.

July 15th & July 16th – Rotary Ribs Rhythm & Blues, Deauville Island, Emerson Park, 6914 East Lake Road, Auburn, NY. It’s a New York State BBQ Championship and sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ society! Rotary Ribs Rhythm & Blues Festival is being produced by the Auburn (NY) Rotary Club. Beautiful Deauville Island is located in Emerson Park at the foot of Owasco Lake, located heart in the Finger Lakes region. Taste barbeque and experience other great things like never before! July 28th – July 30th – Skaneateles Antique & Classic Boat Show, 15 West Genesee Street, Skaneateles, NY. Time: Fri 3pm-dusk, Sat 9am-dusk, Sun 8am-3pm. July 29th & July 30th – Route 90 Garage Sales, Route 90, Montezuma, NY. The annual 50 mile Route 90 Garage Sale takes on a festival atmosphere each year as friends, family members and the occasional family dog go searching for surprises. Stretching along the roadside of Route 90, a New York State Scenic Byway, the sale runs from Montezuma in the north to the Village of Homer at the southern end. The official hours for the sale are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, rain or shine.
